Junior Sales Manager, Industrial Plant Design – Digitalization

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support sales of our digital engineering and software solutions for industrial plant design
- Present 3D modeling, laser scanning and database solutions to clients
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and sales materials
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and manage customer data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Participate in customer meetings, industry conferences and trade shows to generate leads
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, computer science or a related field
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is an advantage
- Interest in laser scanning, engineering databases and digitalization in industrial plant design
- Some experience in sales, customer-facing roles or project management is a plus
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital engineering solutions
- Team player with initiative and strong communication skills
- Good German language skills; English proficiency is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
