Key responsibilities & impact

Guide borrowers through the documentation process
Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation
Identify additional documentation needs
Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and third-party vendors
Accurately issue compliance disclosures
Embrace new processes and shifting priorities
Work Monday through Friday between 8a – 5p

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1-year experience working in mortgage operations
Managing a borrower pipeline
Processing loan files
Regularly communicating updates to customers, internal teams, or third-party partners
