About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scheduling appointments and managing provider templates
- Answer and manage incoming calls to the Appointment Call Queue
- Schedule various types of appointments
- Liaison between NeighborHealth and Ministry/Healthcare Partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in the Raleigh, NC metropolitan area
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Computer literacy in internet use and Windows environment
- Keyboarding skills of at least 45 wpm
- Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships
- Experience in customer service, office work, or a clinical setting
