About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of clinic operations
Serve as the internal administrator for Epic EMR user access, configurations, and workflow optimization
Act as the primary point of contact for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) handling IT services
Liaise with property managers for maintenance issues, repairs, lease compliance, and utilities
Support policy development and documentation related to operational workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, IT, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, EMR management, or IT coordination
Strong working knowledge of Epic (or another major EMR platform)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently
