About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In the first year, the focus is on developing existing accounts, understanding the portfolio, and gradually generating new customers
Current NL revenue approx. €1M, target is to grow toward €2M.
Lead generation: Combination of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Sales support: 2 Customer Service Specialists (NL)
Warehouse leader and warehouse worker
Branch Manager support if needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Class B driving licence and willingness to travel
Language: Dutch required
Typical customers: Furniture industry, furniture components, interior companies, workshops and smaller manufacturers
Many customers are smaller businesses (approx. 20–50 employees)

Compensation: Base salary: approx. €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month
Bonus: up to ~17% of annual salary depending on KPIs.
