About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and support systems, data pipelines, databases, and analytics platforms
Collaborate closely with business units, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions
Provide on-call and after-hours system support as needed
Manage relationships with vendors and consultants providing contracted technical services
Participate in full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, updates, security, and ongoing support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR) Associate degree and a minimum of three (3) years technical IT experience (OR) High school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years technical IT experience
Minimum four (4) years technical IT experience for Systems Analyst
Minimum eight (8) years technical IT experience for Senior Systems Analyst
Experience in database design, query development, data modeling, security, and performance tuning
ETL development and data integration, including API consumption and limited C#.NET
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Microsoft Power BI
