About the role

  • Support budget management, contract coordination, and financial processes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Create, monitor, and manage Purchase Orders for new and existing contracts via Coupa.
  • Oversee and maintain records for Engineering budget owners.
  • Facilitate internal contract processes, ensuring legal review and routing for signatures via DocuSign.
  • Review invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve billing questions.
  • Document and communicate organizational processes using Jira and Airtable, including budgets, contracts, and purchasing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of experience working in relevant roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in budget management, with a track record of building strong partnerships with Finance and Legal.
  • Highly organized profile, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive programs to completion.
  • Collaborative team player who can operate independently while supporting and enabling others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building effective relationships.
  • Process-oriented mindset, with a passion for creating documentation and scalable workflows.
  • Self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Positive, constructive attitude with a focus on team culture and engagement.
  • Experience working with large technical teams (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Coupa, NetSuite, DocuSign, and similar financial tools.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
