About the role

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for complex mobile projects, decomposing requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Contribute to development when necessary, setting standards for code quality and maintainability.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote best practices in mobile architecture, testing, and modularization.
  • Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
  • Ensure high standards of performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ Years of experience developing iOS applications.
  • 2+ Years of experience in technical leadership or an Architect role.
  • 1+ Year of recent experience working with SwiftUI.
  • Strong expertise in Swift and modern iOS development.
  • Experience working with Swift Package Manager and modular architectures.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular systems).
  • Strong experience designing and delivering complex, scalable mobile solutions.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
  • Experience delivering applications at scale.
  • Strong focus on performance optimization and app reliability.
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
