About the role
- Play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that support our business goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using modern .NET technologies.
- Estimate and deliver technical tasks according to sprint goals and business priorities.
- Develop clean, maintainable, secure code using best practices and established design patterns.
- Develop/conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure product robustness and usability.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to ongoing design discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on sustainable long-term fixes.
- Engage with Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and actively support BDD, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions with stakeholders.
- Recommend technical approaches and tools that improve scalability, performance, and supportability.
- Support production deployments and respond to critical issues with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working with .NET and C# development.
- Strong backend development skills, including Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and service integration.
- Proven success building and supporting SaaS or cloud-based software products.
- Previous experience working at a SaaS company with regular exposure to customer requirements and feedback loops.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
