About the role
- Revolutionize how HubSpotters get help and assist teams across the organization in improving help processes
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow environment
- Support the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity, and efficient operation
- Execute upgrades and install patches/fixes; investigate and resolve incidents
- Work closely with various teams across the organization leveraging ServiceNow
- Work with key stakeholders (process owners, service owners, etc.) to match requirements with platform capabilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, story creation, solution development, and testing
- Develop innovative solutions and integrations that deliver high-value business outcomes
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Engineering and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, customizations, and best practices
- Ability to build or modify scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or other languages as necessary
- Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub
- REST API experience or Scripted Web Services
- Advanced English level required (will work with US clients)
- Effective communication in English is essential to deliver solutions to clients
