About the role

  • Revolutionize how HubSpotters get help and assist teams across the organization in improving help processes
  • Configure and maintain the ServiceNow environment
  • Support the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity, and efficient operation
  • Execute upgrades and install patches/fixes; investigate and resolve incidents
  • Work closely with various teams across the organization leveraging ServiceNow
  • Work with key stakeholders (process owners, service owners, etc.) to match requirements with platform capabilities
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, story creation, solution development, and testing
  • Develop innovative solutions and integrations that deliver high-value business outcomes
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Engineering and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, customizations, and best practices
  • Ability to build or modify scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or other languages as necessary
  • Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub
  • REST API experience or Scripted Web Services
  • Advanced English level required (will work with US clients)
  • Effective communication in English is essential to deliver solutions to clients
