About the role
- Support ongoing development of customer-facing enterprise applications
- Accurately estimate and deliver technical tasks according to sprint goals and business priorities
- Develop clean, maintainable, secure code using best practices and established design patterns
- Develop/conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to design discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with focus on long-term fixes
- Engage with Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and support BDD, planning, refinement, and retrospectives
- Collaborate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions with stakeholders
- Recommend technical approaches and tools for scalability and performance
- Support production deployments and respond to critical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience working in .NET and C#
- Strong backend development skills, including Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and service integration
- Proven success building and supporting SaaS or cloud-based software products
- Previous experience working at a SaaS company with regular exposure to customer requirements and feedback loops
- Advanced English Level required
