About the role

  • Support ongoing development of customer-facing enterprise applications
  • Accurately estimate and deliver technical tasks according to sprint goals and business priorities
  • Develop clean, maintainable, secure code using best practices and established design patterns
  • Develop/conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to design discussions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with focus on long-term fixes
  • Engage with Product, QA, and Support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies and support BDD, planning, refinement, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate in requirements gathering and refinement sessions with stakeholders
  • Recommend technical approaches and tools for scalability and performance
  • Support production deployments and respond to critical issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ Years of experience working in .NET and C#
  • Strong backend development skills, including Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and service integration
  • Proven success building and supporting SaaS or cloud-based software products
  • Previous experience working at a SaaS company with regular exposure to customer requirements and feedback loops
  • Advanced English Level required
