About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions for web optimization.
- Work with media buyers, copywriters, and QA to ensure all aspects of conversion rate optimization best practices are being implemented in the code.
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies.
- Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX enhancements and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working with Angular (v15+ is a plus)
- 5+ Years of experience working with TypeScript.
- 4+ Years of experience working with HTML/CSS.
- 2+ Years of experience working with InVision, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Styling using TailwindCSS or Bootstrap.
- Strong on SCSS.
- Knowledge about AI tooling like Cursor, Chat GPT, or similar.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role.
