About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality data tools, including dashboards, analytical products, and self-serve reporting solutions—using Tableau and other BI platforms to ensure stakeholders have reliable, insightful, and accessible information
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into effective analytical solutions
  • Build and optimise data models and SQL queries by leveraging multiple internal and external systems to create integrated, high-quality datasets
  • Enhance Snowflake data structures and modelling practices
  • Monitor and manage data accuracy across business systems
  • Automate complex Excel-based pricing and unit-management models by converting them into scalable, reliable data tools
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Executive teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing data‑driven recommendations
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels by delivering tailored workshops and walkthroughs
  • Design, refine, and recommend KPI frameworks that align with stakeholder needs
  • Apply machine‑learning techniques to forecasting and classification problems
  • Plan and scope analytical experiments

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Advanced SQL and Snowflake expertise
  • Proficiency in Python for analytics and modelling
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent Excel and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
