About the role
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality automated test suites using Playwright (UI and API)
- Work collaboratively with front-end engineers, leveraging a strong understanding of front-end application testing
- Be detail-oriented, ensuring pixel-perfect and behavior-accurate UI validation
- Be proactive in identifying UI edge cases and testing gaps
- Build reliable test suites integrated directly into GitHub Actions for seamless deployment
- Implement cross-browser testing and conduct focused performance testing for the UI
- Apply experience testing real-time or data-rich UIs
- Apply a basic AWS understanding to inform testing context
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an SDET or similar test automation role
- Strong automation expertise with Playwright (preferable) or Selenium (UI and API)
- Good understanding of front-end application testing
- Ability to build reliable test suites integrated into GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing and performance testing for the UI
- Experience testing real-time or data-rich UIs
- Basic understanding of AWS to navigate and validate within the cloud environment
