Sales Call Centre Agent – Commission Only
NDC Personnel and ContractorsSales Call Centre Agent for MWEB acquiring new customers and up-selling existing ones. Responsible for sales via inbound and outbound calls in a fully remote setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Present, promote and sell products/services
- Perform cost--benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Matric Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
- 2-year sales experience (mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy
- ISP experience advantageous
- Proven Inbound and or Outbound and cold calling sales track record essential
- Ability to close a Sale.
- Targeting, Tracking and Measuring
- Manage Sales process through strong pipelining skills.
