About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain all website content within Umbraco CMS
Build and publish landing pages aligned to campaign objectives
Manage the review and publication of core content
Support the Senior Website Manager with day-to-day management of website development tickets
Ensure pages meet brand, accessibility, and UX standards
Develop and update on-page content, including copy, imagery, and calls to action
Support implementation of personalisation strategies with developers and stakeholders
Assist with A/B testing and optimisation of web journeys
Monitor engagement and conversion performance metrics
Produce performance reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate across the CMO team to support digital campaign delivery
Conduct QA checks before publication and manage website updates efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with a CMS such as Umbraco
Understanding of UX principles and web content structure
Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
Experience building campaign landing pages
Project management experience
Proven experience developing websites using Umbraco CMS
Proficiency in C# and .NET, essential for Umbraco development
Familiarity with MVC design patterns
Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and broader web technologies
Experience with database design and integration for Umbraco projects
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with version control tools such as Git
Understanding of site performance and optimisation best practices in Umbraco
Working knowledge of CI/CD, ideally using Azure DevOps
Good knowledge of Azure hosting and offerings
Working experience of WAFF setup, such as Imperva or Azure Front Door
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
