About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery of vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, and other governance documentation
  • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across concurrent workstreams
  • Support Senior Program Managers in delivering successful client outcomes
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document client and internal meetings
  • Communicate agendas, minutes, decisions, action items, progress, milestones, and upcoming deliverables
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for program activities and escalate risks, issues, and blockers
  • Prepare client governance meetings, reporting packs, and executive status updates
  • Coordinate delivery-team activities, vulnerability assessments, remediation tracking, reporting cadence, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Identify process and template improvements and support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program management, portfolio management, or complex delivery within consulting or professional services
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives or accounts with shared objectives and dependencies
  • Strong client-facing experience with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business goals into executable programs with measurable outcomes
  • Proven financial and commercial acumen at program or portfolio level
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Cybersecurity, technology, or risk-based consulting experience desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline desirable, not required
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP, PPM, or equivalent desirable
