About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a licensing expert with a strong understanding of origin country laws and mentality
- Proactively reach out to Olim pre and post Aliyah, serving as their primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong connections with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Israel Medical Association (IMA)
- Manage relevant Facebook/WhatsApp groups
- Facilitate communication between various government departments and agencies
- Act as a liaison with our partnership organizations to advance individuals through the license conversion process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluency in English and Hebrew; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent CRM skills or the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to staff events in Israel and present in webinars
- Flexibility to work evening hours depending on the countries involved
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Availability to work from the Jerusalem office 3-4 times per week
- Willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times a year
- Excellent public speaking ability, comfortable presenting at conferences
