Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep experience in industrial relations within complex, highly unionised environments
- Track record of shaping and implementing effective IR strategies
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong grounding in governance and risk
- Ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders
