About the role

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various print and digital collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, ads and event signage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and guidelines, ensuring designs effectively communicate key messages and align with overall strategies.
  • Work both internally and externally with production companies to design and prepare elements used in large-scale in-person events.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design expertise, and deliver high-quality assets.

Requirements

  • Preference for a degree in visual communications, graphic design, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
