About the role
- Plan and manage online programming for Pre- and Post-Aliyah populations
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, communication, and the technical backend of live events
- Create and maintain the webinar schedule
- Coordinate presenters, staff, and filming logistics
- Manage webinar registration, communications, and follow-up emails
- Run the technical backend during live webinars
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotion and social media outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management (or related field)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong technical proficiency (Zoom, YouTube, Google Suite)
- Fluent English; Hebrew proficiency preferred
- Passion for Nefesh B’Nefesh’s mission and the Aliyah process
- Ability to work 50% during Israel business hours and 50% in evenings according to webinar programming
