Requirements
- Technical expertise & automation skills in troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience implementing RPA, IDP, and ECM solutions
- Knowledge of Hyland, ABBYY, and UiPath platforms
- Experience building integrations using APIs and web services
- Proficiency in .NET (C#), JavaScript, and SQL
- Strong foundation in customer support roles
- Ability to understand customer needs and maintain a positive attitude
- Demonstrates analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies
