Key responsibilities & impact

Decompose complex business scenarios into clean, service-based architectures and distributed systems
Modernize legacy platforms for simplicity, maintainability, and long-term ROI
Translate orthodontic insurance rules involving claims, eligibility, and remittance into technical solutions
Own Epic delivery end-to-end while managing risks, dependencies, DORA KPIs, system performance, and delivery reliability
Develop clean, robust, maintainable full-stack code using React and .NET Core/.NET Framework
Integrate AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot for design, test generation, code reviews, and agentic workflows
Establish code-quality standards through code reviews, automated testing, AI-driven test suites, and CI/CD
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, debug cross-module issues, and manage technical stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineering peers to modernize systems and deliver software

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and .NET Framework
Robust relational database design using SQL Server, including query optimization
Extensive experience building responsive, scalable user interfaces with React and/or Angular; React and/or Angular required
Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design principles
Experience building service-based or distributed architectures
Strong proficiency with AWS services or other major cloud architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
Familiarity with high-volume batch processing, background automated jobs, and complex data streams
Preferred: Terraform infrastructure as code
Preferred: event-driven architectures and monitoring/APM tools such as Datadog
Preferred: orthodontic/dental billing, medical insurance, or healthcare fintech domain knowledge
Preferred: GraphQL API design and querying
Preferred: Elasticsearch
Demonstrated experience or active experimentation with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot
Familiarity with generative AI, enterprise agentic workflows, or Model Context Protocols
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright or equivalent, including AI-agent-driven testing
