The Infrastructure/Platform Engineering Manager leads and manages a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining software development platforms for multiple multi-vendor teams
Your primary goals are to lead a team, to streamline and optimize developer productivity, platform reliability, and business alignment
Additionally, you will contribute to platform design, architecture, and implementation directly

At least 7 years in platform development, with at least 3 years in formal management roles, leading sizable technical teams and strategic initiatives
Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering teams, establishing strategic vision, and delivering robust platforms
Advanced skillsets in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
Ability to collaborate across technical and management teams, communicate complex concepts clearly, and solicit feedback for platform improvement
Strong analytical thinking to address technical challenges, drive process improvements, and introduce new tools or methodologies as needed
Understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory/audit requirements for platform engineering
