About the role

  • Create and execute product strategies for discovering and developing solutions that accelerate Nava's legacy modernization delivery teams:
  • -Solutions that break vendor lock-in and accelerate the modernization of legacy systems
  • -Solutions that help teams rapidly understand legacy systems
  • -Solutions that help teams migrate legacy systems quickly and safely
  • - Quickly iterate within problem spaces to identify promising solutions
  • - Work closely with business development to track pipeline to understand market needs and opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise class solutions leveraging industry standard patterns and practices
  • Experience in early stage product discovery and development
  • Experience with market research and go-to-market experience
  • Successful delivery of complex features or products
  • History of building strong relationships internally with peers and working cross-functionally with other internal disciplines
  • Experience with business development within government digital services firms like Nava
  • Experience with legacy modernization problems
