About the role
- Create and execute product strategies for discovering and developing solutions that accelerate Nava's legacy modernization delivery teams:
- -Solutions that break vendor lock-in and accelerate the modernization of legacy systems
- -Solutions that help teams rapidly understand legacy systems
- -Solutions that help teams migrate legacy systems quickly and safely
- - Quickly iterate within problem spaces to identify promising solutions
- - Work closely with business development to track pipeline to understand market needs and opportunities
- - Fill gaps and adapt to changing team needs in order to drive team outcomes

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise class solutions leveraging industry standard patterns and practices
- Experience in early stage product discovery and development
- Experience with market research and go-to-market experience
- Successful delivery of complex features or products
- History of building strong relationships internally with peers and working cross-functionally with other internal disciplines
- Experience with business development within government digital services firms like Nava
- Experience with legacy modernization problems
