About the role
- Lead, hire and develop engineering teams, building leadership capability and supporting long-term career growth
- Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution, reliability and predictability
- Provide technical leadership across teams, shaping strategies to address client challenges and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions
- Strengthen engineering practices and standards across system design, quality, reliability and execution
- Collaborate with partners across engineering, program management and the broader organization to plan work, manage tradeoffs and resolve dependencies
- Foster a supportive, collaborative and high-performing engineering culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership of engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience as a manager of managers, leading multiple engineering teams
- Experience leading an engineering organization of 40+ engineers and scaling teams and leaders effectively
- Proven ability to deliver complex work while balancing technical quality, team development and strategic priorities
- Experience influencing or shaping technical strategy across multiple teams or initiatives
- Strong technical acumen, with experience strengthening engineering practices and standards
