About the role
- Responsible for Naughty Nuts' Shopify web shop
- Plan and lead the shop relaunch in the coming year and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Analyze performance, drive CRO initiatives and improve the customer experience
- Create landing pages and work closely with the performance marketing team
- Scout new shop features, tools and trends; run tests and implement improvements
- Maintain the shop backend, manage product launches and ensure the shop stays up to date
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce / Shopify
- Strong understanding of Shopify, digital processes and tools such as Zendesk
- Able to analyze data, identify weaknesses and implement improvements
- Structured way of working, hands-on attitude and a focus on delivering the best customer experience
- Willingness to take ownership, drive initiatives and be part of a motivated, creative team
