New Business Manager – Hunter
Naue Sealing GmbH & Co. KGNew Business Manager for Naue Group, marketing geosynthetics solutions and acquiring new customers in Romania. Engaging with engineering firms and public institutions for technical advice and relationship building.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Marketing our products and services
- Acquiring new customers and decision-makers (engineering firms, etc.)
- Providing technical advice to construction companies and/or public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics
- Acting as liaison between the customer and our internal team at NAUE
- Maintaining ongoing customer relationships
- Playing a key role in generating new revenue that leads to long-term relationships
- Preparing regular reports on developments and forecasts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in business management or sales management is an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian; a second language (English) is mandatory
- Proficiency with customer management tools
- Willingness to travel for several days at a time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
