About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics.
- Marketing our products and services as part of customized solutions in Romania
- Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
- Providing technical advice to designers, consultants, and public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (exclusively in the fields of environment)
- Building trusting relationships with customers in the designing/consultancy/landfills owners/construction companies
- Ensuring that products and services reach customers on time
- Facilitating communication between the customer and internal teams
- Resolving customer questions and issues, as well as handling complaints, to maintain a relationship of trust
- Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders based on key performance indicators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian and a second language (English) is mandatory
- Proficiency in customer management tools
- Willingness to travel for several days at a time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
