About the role

  • Provide L3 support for BAU tasks ensuring SLAs are met
  • Deployment and management of Linux systems
  • Configuration and management of Kubernetes systems
  • Use and maintain Ansible frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL / Agile procedures
  • Collaborate with teams to improve automation strategies
  • Document knowledge and share best practices
  • Participate in service acceptance duties

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a system administrator
  • Graduate/Engineering degree or RHEL certified Administrator
  • Knowledge of system administration for RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, and Debian
  • Configuration Management/Automation using Red Hat Satellite server / Uyuni
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, shell scripting
  • Experience with Ansible and Gitlab
  • Familiarity with Docker and web servers like Apache / Nginx
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
  • Understanding of ITIL / Agile fundamentals
  • Good client-facing skills
  • Multilingual / remote teamwork capability
