Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, automation and analytics platforms) to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making
Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
Ability to drive process improvements and support successful project delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
