Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, customize, and develop solutions within ServiceNow BCM module
Implement and support Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Crisis Management, Recovery Plans, and Testing/Exercise Management
Develop workflows, flows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and catalog solutions
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems
Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and BCM operational analytics
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities
Support defect fixes, enhancements, and production issue resolution
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development
Experience working on ServiceNow BCM / IRM / GRC modules
Knowledge of: Business Continuity Management, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Recovery Planning, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience concepts
Expertise in: JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Actions
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts
Strong in scripting, problem-solving, debugging, and testing skills
Strong Integration Exposure
Custom Workspace in-depth knowledge
Following best practices of ServiceNow
DocuSign is good to have skills
CSA & CAD are a must to have
Development and support of ServiceNow applications and integration with third-party tools/applications
