What you’ll need

3–5+ years in software testing, QA engineering, or platform engineering with a quality focus
2+ years testing cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS + Terraform or CloudFormation)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline testing (GitLab CI or equivalent)
Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, or AWS Glue)
Python scripting for test automation and utilities
Experience with compliance and governance requirements in regulated industries
Preferred: AWS certification (any level)
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Familiarity with SRE practices (error budgets, blameless postmortems)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
