About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • SAP Rollout: Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
  • Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
  • User Support & Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
  • Data Migration: Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
  • Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
