About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

SAP Rollout: Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
User Support & Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
Data Migration: Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
