About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The primary focus of this position is the operation of ENERGY STAR programs including ENERGY STAR Retail Products Platform and Midstream Incentive Programs.
The person will take full responsibility for developing, communicating, training, measuring and evaluating the success of the programs and effectiveness including preliminary through post program data management, expense management and revenue assurance and reporting.
The position involves being very comfortable with every aspect of the ENERGY STAR Certified Product appliance sell-in and sell through information from the members and vendors along with all platforms of internal data structure.
The role will also include working with other internal departments as well as external groups as well.
The role requires multitasking between many different intricacies surrounding ENERGY STAR incentives, products, and retailers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years’ experience in ENERGY STAR Program Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to present to large groups.
Ability to read, comprehend & write.
Organizational skills.
Budgeting experience.
US travel to our bi-annual PrimeTime Events may be required.
