Social Media Manager

• Develop a social media strategy aligned with NaWik’s overall communications strategy
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar, including topic development and audience targeting
• Independently produce and publish content (text, images, videos, Reels, Stories)
• Active community management: engage with followers, moderate comments, and handle crisis communication
• Conceptualize and implement social media campaigns, including paid advertising
• Manage, monitor, and develop all relevant channels (currently Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Mastodon, Bluesky)
• Monitor trends and platform features and integrate them into the communications strategy
• Support general online activities within the Communications and Marketing department
