About the role

  • Manage our CRM area: conduct client consultations, prepare tailored proposals for prospective clients, and maintain and document all client contacts.
  • Organize our seminars: coordinate schedules with research institutions and our growing pool of instructors.
  • Actively acquire new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Support sales campaigns and assist with trade show appearances and events.
  • Contribute to strategic sales processes, e.g., market analyses, optimization of internal workflows, and further development of our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, communications, social sciences, or natural sciences — or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in the field of continuing education / training offers.
  • Confident use of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Sales.
  • Good knowledge of the academic/research landscape in the DACH region.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivation and a very careful, independent working style.
