About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day activities of the President & CEO
- Act as the primary contact point for the President's engagement
- Identify solutions and promote the President's agenda
- Ensure the President’s preparedness for engagements
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings and engagements
- Manage the Office of the President department
- Build operations infrastructure for the Office of the President
- Structure and oversee management cadence with the executive team
- Oversee special projects at the direction of the President & CEO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic external relationships
- Lead Board of Trustees engagement and cadence
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 15 years of professional-level experience
- Minimum of 10 years managing large, cross-functional projects, budgets, and teams
- At least 8 years supporting a C-suite executive with management and strategic duties
- At least 8 years supporting board governance and relations
- Proven experience working with external partners and culturally diverse entities
- Advanced analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- Advanced project-management and client-management skills
- Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Experience successfully managing key stakeholders and relationships
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments
