About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day activities of the President & CEO
  • Act as the primary contact point for the President's engagement
  • Identify solutions and promote the President's agenda
  • Ensure the President’s preparedness for engagements
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and engagements
  • Manage the Office of the President department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 15 years of professional-level experience
  • Minimum of 10 years managing large, cross-functional projects, budgets, and teams
  • At least 8 years supporting a C-suite executive with management and strategic duties
  • At least 8 years supporting board governance and relations
  • Proven experience working with external partners and culturally diverse entities
  • Advanced analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced project-management and client-management skills
  • Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience successfully managing key stakeholders and relationships
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments
