About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
- Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
- Provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or clinic-based settings
Requirements
What you’ll need- ONLY BCBA CERTIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed as required by the state of Maryland and/or Washington, DC
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
