Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing Training, Safety, and Quality initiatives across multiple projects and operational groups
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, customer standards, and internal TSQ expectations
Guiding TSQ Specialists and supporting operations teams
Conducting trend analysis using data from audits and incident reports to identify issues and drive corrective actions
Maintaining accurate records of TSQ compliance, training, safety metrics, and project observations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Training, Safety, or Quality leadership roles
OSHA #510 and Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience developing SOPs, managing TSQ programs, and driving process improvements
Experience overseeing compliance programs and managing field based TSQ personnel
