About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for all office duties including record keeping and office organization
  • Act as a liaison between customers, employees, and contractors
  • Collect and review employee payroll data for processing
  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory with extreme accuracy
  • Consistently check emails and maintain regular communication with corporate headquarters
  • Create, manage, and disburse reports
  • Handle a range of administrative functions including phone calls, faxes, emails, document filing, and data entry

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administrative position and/or bookkeeping
  • Preferred experience in the contractor and construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Collaboration with others to complete tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling files and records
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done correctly
  • Make decisions in line with established guidelines and procedures
  • 3 to 5 years administrative experience
