About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for all office duties including record keeping and office organization
- Act as a liaison between customers, employees, and contractors
- Collect and review employee payroll data for processing
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory with extreme accuracy
- Consistently check emails and maintain regular communication with corporate headquarters
- Create, manage, and disburse reports
- Handle a range of administrative functions including phone calls, faxes, emails, document filing, and data entry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in an administrative position and/or bookkeeping
- Preferred experience in the contractor and construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Extremely organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Careful attention to detail
- Collaboration with others to complete tasks
- Maintain confidentiality while handling files and records
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done correctly
- Make decisions in line with established guidelines and procedures
- 3 to 5 years administrative experience
