About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage in the E2E Summit and PMA programs
Lead all facets and support functions of the E2E Summit
Recruit and secure contractor and supplier executives as event participants
Build and manage a year-round sales pipeline
Conduct pre-summit discovery with all participants
Manage end-to-end event logistics
Develop and manage detailed event budgets and project plans
Lead the Marketing & PR team
Design and implement a comprehensive event measurement framework
Lead post-summit debriefs and analyze participant feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, education, construction management, or related field
3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry
Experience with the B2B hosted buyer event format is strongly preferred
Proficiency with manufacturers and suppliers in the electrical construction industry supply chain is strongly preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
A creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
