About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Adjunct Instructors are responsible for the facilitation of student learning
- Develop appropriate instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Create learning experiences that integrate instructional technologies
- Assess student learning and provide regular feedback
- Develop and continually revise curriculum and instructional materials
- Support the college by engaging in division, department and team activities
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with community, industry, and clinical partners
- Serve as an advocate for students and engage in activities that help students reach their goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or higher, in Spanish, OR Master’s degree or higher in a different discipline plus 18 or more graduate credits in the discipline or subfield
- Proficiency utilizing learning management system
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Engage in continuous improvement in the quality of instruction by embracing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods.
