About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and evaluate national health education initiatives for people living with bleeding disorders and their support networks
Monitor program progress, contribute to evaluation efforts, and recommend improvements
Manage assigned projects from planning through execution, including reporting requirements and timelines
Develop educational resources and content across various platforms
Create health education strategies, tools, and resources for community partners
Build relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
Support volunteer working groups to inform educational initiatives
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to colleagues and volunteers for collaborative success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Public Health, or related discipline), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
5+ years of experience in health promotion and risk prevention programs preferred
Demonstrated project management, program development and outcome assessment skills
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of current issues in public health
Self-motivated, critical thinker with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work with and influence diverse groups of people
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills in a remote environment
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills required
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) strongly preferred
