About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and articulate strategies for development, membership, sponsorship and grants
Create and implement annual fundraising strategies
Oversee and implement stewardship activities that increase donor retention
Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors who give $1,000+ annually
Develop strategies to secure major gifts
Manage and grow portfolio of major donors
Serve as a contact for current and prospective members
Facilitate regular strategy meetings
Plan and execute cultivation events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
Agreement to and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith
Minimum of three years of professional development experience
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
Flexibility to adjust to needs of a small office
Capability and experience to fulfill responsibilities listed
