About the role

  • Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operational systems.
  • Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements.
  • Generate and compile reports based on findings with probable causes and solutions to system issues.
  • Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills for IT system investment benefits.
  • Meet with decision makers and end users to define requirements and systems goals.
  • Review and analyze existing systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, and deployment of applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio for creating systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.
  • Excellent research, troubleshooting, and fact-finding skills.
  • Minimum of one year of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required.
  • Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge of programming languages including PowerOn, VB.NET, VBScript, T-SQL.
  • Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
  • Minimum of three years of combined experience for Level II.
  • Minimum of five years of combined experience for Level III.
