About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning, creation, and implementation of educational content across digital and in-person platforms (e.g., website, webinars, toolkits, and professional learning programs)
Coordinate the day-to-day execution of content and program deliverables, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
Maintain and manage a content calendar to support consistent and timely delivery
Provide program support for workshops, training sessions, and events, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects
Track project details, versions, approvals, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution and follow-through
Maintain organized documentation, resources, and files to support program continuity and team access
Provide administrative and program support by managing workflows, updating materials, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content and program components

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field or other certification for Education
Minimum of 5 years of experience in K–12 education (teaching, instructional coaching, administration, or similar)
Experience supporting content development, program coordination, or educational resource production
Strong understanding of K–12 curriculum standards, instructional practices, and school environments; science or STEM expertise preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to follow through on projects and maintain consistency across multiple workstreams
