About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be part of a dynamic team supporting Army Educational Outreach Programs (AEOP).
Lead the instructional strategy and educational experience for the eCYBERMISSION STEM competition.
Responsible for the design, alignment, and continuous improvement of all educational content and learning initiatives.
Oversee the Mini-Grant and STEM-In-Action Grant programs.
Serve as the subject matter expert for curriculum and instructional design.
Enhance participant engagement, support Team Advisors, and drive measurable program outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between educational content and program operations.
Analyze program data and participant feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (M.A., M.Ed., or equivalent) in instructional design, curriculum and instruction, STEM education, e-learning, or a related field
7–10+ years of progressive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, STEM education, or related areas
Demonstrated experience leading educational programs or initiatives, including strategy development and implementation
Experience managing or overseeing grant-funded programs, including compliance and reporting
Strong background in professional learning and adult education.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom)
Experience with digital content development tools and multimedia learning environments preferred.
