About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects
  • Debug complex platform and integration issues end-to-end
  • Help customers troubleshoot implementation issues with external APIs
  • Implement support for new APIs on the Nango platform
  • Maintain and improve API-specific documentation
  • Run technical Q&A calls with smaller prospects
  • Contribute smaller code changes to the Nango platform

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-stack engineering or highly technical support experience
  • Excellent communicator with native-level English
  • Comfortable debugging complex systems
  • Experience in developer tools, APIs, or integration platforms (bonus)
  • Familiarity with OAuth flows, API auth patterns, and common SaaS APIs (bonus)
  • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
