About the role
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable activities;
- Monitor recurring payments (suppliers, taxes, benefits, etc.);
- Issue invoices and monitor collections;
- Record accounting entries in the system;
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage corporate cards;
- Control and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash flow;
- Prepare and track expense reports, financial indicators and transactions;
- Support the preparation of financial reports and performance indicators;
- Liaise with accounting, audit, financial institutions and the legal department;
- Manage contracts, invoices and administrative documents;
- Conduct purchases and obtain quotes for materials and services;
- Oversee building maintenance and equipment management;
- Organize the sending and tracking of documents for signature via online platforms;
- Support supplier management and supplies control;
- Assist with payroll entries and payroll charges reconciliation;
- Purchase employee benefits (meal and transportation vouchers - VR/VT);
- Organize and distribute payslips to employees.
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields;
- Previous experience in administrative and financial routines and payroll/human resources;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Familiarity with management systems (ERP) and digital signature platforms is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of accounting and labor legislation is a plus.
